For our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Offshore competence center in Denmark, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager for our pre-assembly site at the port of Esbjerg.
You will have overall responsibility for the quality concept and control of offshore wind turbine preassembly and for quality alignment throughout the port of Esbjerg.
More specifically, your assignments will cover:
Ensuring that processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained
Ensuring that quality standards are met and documented
Performing quality inspections and alignment with suppliers
Monitoring and reporting QMS performance and improvements to management
Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
Sharing knowledge of quality issues and procedures with other Siemens entities
Education of quality staff
You have a relevant technical background and several years' experience within quality management. You possess knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001. You are able to work independently and have an eye for detail in all aspects.
As a person, you are proactive and determined. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator and possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
