In the New Product Master Blades we are a Prototype team of 10 employees, dedicated in our roles to be the link between, Design, Process, Shopfloor and to deliver high quality data to validate new products within Blades.
New design of blades into test rigs and test turbines produced according to specification on the shopfloor.
Our focus is to ensure high quality blades and continue improvement of the design within material and process optimization.
We focus on improvement of waste and making safe work by driving the process risk assessment during the different stages of the build phases: Mock, Design prototype and Process prototype.
In our team we support each other and keep a good atmosphere with place to learn and grow in the process. This means we are open minded and supportive in our approach. All answers is taking care of in the best manner.
Prototype technician has the responsibility to lead the build on the shop floor based on the test paper. To ensure that the build goes according to right documentation and Quality. Prototype technician is in dialogue with Process/design engineer during the build to secure that challenges is solved with a minimum of delay in the build process. Prototype technician supervise operator on the shop floor, quality people and others on behalf of the engineering.

Work location: Denmark, Nakskov or Lem.
This position requires approximately 100 - 160 days of travel yearly.
