We are seeking a passionate Associate Director to join the Global Medical Information team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing medical information call center operations in Copenhagen and generating standard and customized Medical Information content to fulfill unsolicited Medical Information requests from both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs for Ascendis products.

You will be joining the Global Medical Information team consisting of 3 colleagues, and report directly to the Director of Global Medical Information, who is based in Palo Alto, U.S. You will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a master’s degree or Ph.D. from a Health education field – and +5 years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, or comparable medical information experience.

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be very independent, flexible, and self-motivated as you will be based in Copenhagen while your manager and closest team members are working in U.S. and Germany.
Travel: 25 - 30 days per year.
