The position

As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you'll get a comprehensive overview of our organization and its business processes within facility management. You are expected to take ownership of your tasks and independently drive coordination and development to ensure strong collaboration and relevance of business support. You'll have the chance to work closely with stakeholders at all levels of our organization, with great opportunities to shape and evolve your role based on your strengths and interests. Examples of work tasks: Responsible for the coordination and collection of risks across Corporate Facilities Data protection responsible (GDPR) for Corporate Facilities Portfolio planning and coordination of Corporate Facilities’ procurement initiatives Responsible for maintaining the IT system landscape for Corporate Facilities updates Ad-hoc business analyses and business support Qualifications We are looking for the following qualifications: 0-4 years of experience with business support, communication and supporting senior stakeholders. Bachelor degree in business, engineering or similar field with outstanding academic results. Fluency in English and/or Danish, and you also demonstrate excellent writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, coupled with the ability to rapidly learn new software applications. Ability to hold leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables. Physical presence in Denmark at the office in Bagsværd is necessary. We're looking for a candidate with an analytical mindset, strong work ethic, a proactive approach, as well as a hunger for learning and development. You enjoy managing various data processes, including data consolidation, and you are capable of holding leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables. Experience in business support, analysis, or consultancy, and knowledge of facility management will be a plus, but these are not requirements.
