We are looking for two people to join our Sales team as part-time Business Development Representatives in Copenhagen. You will need to be able to fluently speak either Swedish or Finnish to be considered. You will be part of our EMEA Sales team reporting to Ville Tuokila, Head of Sales, EMEA, and will collaborate closely with an Account Executive for that region.  


The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays an important role in generating new sales opportunities by qualifying leads for the Account Executives to close. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about being the first point of contact to our potential new customers, can do outreach with great confidence and understands the important role the BDR plays in our sales organization.

We are searching for that right person who is eager to jump right in, curious to learn and grow alongside an amazing group of people, with an emphasis on teamwork. This is the ideal role if you want to learn more about a career in sales without having to commit to a full-time schedule! We expect this person to be in the office the majority of the time to work closely with the Head of Sales and our Account Executives while learning the tricks of the trade.


What you will do

  • Running outbound Sales campaigns in the Nordic's

  • Generating Sales Qualified Opportunities for our Nordic Account Executives 

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market

  • Setting up meetings between prospective customers and Account Executives

  • Stayin up to date with market landscape and new products and services


What we need from you

  • Can work around 15 hours per week. Open to students for both spots

  • Comfortable with cold calling to generate new business

  • Not afraid to navigate through conversations with various stakeholders during communications

  • Willing to push through rejection that occurs and remain motivated and consistent

  • Fluent in either Finnish or Swedish language

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

  • Ambition to succeed in a goal-oriented environment

  • Good organizational and analytical skills

  • Curious, team player by heart and possess never give up attitude
