The role covers the Business Management function in one of Danske Bank’s largest development units: Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe. The unit supports all three business units, . Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporates & Institutions, and we are responsible for tools and processes used for welcoming of new customers, as well as digital sales and orchestration of new products and services.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Business Management Centre of Excellence colleagues: A great opportunity to work in a team of like-minded towards common goals, which all circulate around creating a smooth operation for the tribes in Danske Bank.

It is a prerequisite that you demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability towards your tasks, but also in your interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders as our focus is to work together on common criterias for success. Furthermore, your stakeholders would describe you as a structured and responsible professional who is able to be both flexible and structured when situations require it of you.
As our new Business Manager you willbecom part of the tribe leadership team, where you’ll drive and support problem solving and act as an equal sparring partner to Tribe Lead, IT Lead, Tribe Coach and Tribe Architect.
