About the Role
In this role, you will drive and implement best-in-class route-to-consumer (RTC) activities across Northern Europe (NE) including project management as well as setting the right performance management metrics to deliver the highest execution standards to foster sales effectiveness.
You will further cover other strategic projects that are introduced to the market, manage diverse groups of partners in the respective markets, and ensure performance management excellence. This, while feeding into the capability agenda to drive lasting business transformation in NE.
Although there is no direct P&L responsibility, we aim to influence growth opportunities across the full market P&L which includes: improving the effectiveness of the RTC, delivering NSV upside via better outlet execution, improving the efficiency of the RTC, and allowing re-investment behind the best growth drivers.
