We're seeking an experienced Chapter Lead with Business Analyst expertise to join our Data Protection Programme. Your job:
Act as the HR manager for skilled Business Analysts, supporting their professional and personal growth. Assume the role of a Senior Business Analyst within one of our Data Protection Programme teams. Identify business needs, assess risks, challenge and improve existing practices, and exemplify leadership in business analysis. Engage and facilitate meetings with Legal, Compliance, technical and non-technical subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders. Translate conceptual ideas into visual representations to drive effective product, process, and tool development. Document new workflows and controls in Standard Operating Procedures and Business Procedures. Create and deliver key reporting to meet regulatory requirements and business needs. About our team:

Data & Analytics is a priority area identified by our Executive Leadership Team, with significant mandate and support.
About you:
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the IT / Data & Analytics sector, ideally from a medium or large corporation in the financial services sector. Strong leadership skills with experience in an HR leadership role. Solid understanding of business/functional analysis methodologies and techniques. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills. Good understanding of Data Protection regulations. Highly collaborative, able to work effectively with other Chapter Leads and the Programme Manager. We offer:
