emagine is looking for a consultant that knows about the Azure cloud eco system, Cloud Architecture, IoT and network architecture.

The consultant is expected to work hands-on with development and should be prepared for visits to other sites to do configuration or troubleshooting on equipment and systems deployed by the team.

You’ll play an important role in:

making sure that data from our autonomous vessels can be uploaded to Azure IoT hub and blob storage

building critical fail-safe software to ensure a maximum of data availability

implementing our network solution based on the already proposed design

troubleshooting and correcting errors on-site in Denmark or globally if needed

To succeed in the role, you:

have solid experience with Azure Cloud, Azure IoT Hub, Terraform, Windows HyperV, EFlow, DevOps, deployment management and pipelines, and Docker

have experience with access management with setup of RBAC roles and authorization in Azure

have solid experience in infrastructure and network, and are used to defining network architecture and configure Cisco network switches and routers

have developer background and solid hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages/technologies: Powershell, bash, C#, or Python

have experience with interfacing and integrating sensors/instruments and developing fail-safe data parsers for logging critical sensor/instrument data

have solid experience with writing, documenting and provision IaC via Terraform

Approx. 20 hours ad hoc work pr. week
