The followingchallenges await you:

AsEnterprise Architect (m/f/d), you will shape, position and executethe Enterprise Architecture discipline and practices within theHeraeus Group.
You will design and implemententerprise and business architectures that align with the businessstrategy and IT roadmap.
Furthermore, youwill also build and manage architectures that support businessobjectives while ensuring IT integrity.
Youwill also be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing ITinitiatives and projects in terms of their contribution to theoverall enterprise architecture.
You willestablish and maintain partnerships with internal and externalstakeholders, business partners, and architects within theorganization to ensure close alignment between IT and businessunits
Last but not least, you will consultand advice IT and business teams in implementing architectural bestpractices and ensure compliance with defined enterprisearchitecture standards and guidelines.

Your profile:

Completed degree in computer science, information technology, or arelated field preferred
Several years ofexperience in the development and implementation of enterprisearchitectures, leadership skills are beneficial
Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, cloudtechnologies, and application architectures, as well as technologytrends and their impact on the business environment
Certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are anadvantage
Excellent communication andpresentation skills to effectively communicate complex technicalconcepts in German and English
Stronganalytical skills and the ability to solve complex businesschallenges
