ERP Product Owner for Autorola Group Finance.

The role

As our new ERP product owner, you will report directly to the CFO of Autorola. Today, Autorola uses Axapta 3.0 as our ERP system. This forms the foundation for the platform and ERP application globally in in all Autorola subsidiaries Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategic implementation, and development of the ERP accounting system in Autorola’s IT landscape. This includes carrying out the release procedure for the ERP system, ensuring that the ERP system is compliant with requirements from the authorities, establishing and driving an ERP forum, supporting rollout of the ERP system in our subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary link of contact between Finance and IT where you will define and prioritize the product backlog for our ERP financial systems, based on the business requirements and strategic goals.
• Manage and coordinate the ERP product lifecycle from concept creation to deployment, including initial analyzes, coordination of testing, documentation, training, and support processes and manuals.
• Manage the relationship and contract with our ERP vendor and ensure that they deliver high-quality products and services within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that the product meets the quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of new systems and projects.
• Develop support processes and manuals for ERP-and Work-flow management systems.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in IT, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management, preferably in the ERP or financial systems domain.
• Strong knowledge of ERP finance processes, systems, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP and Work-flow management systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in user experience design, user research, and testing,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Danish or other European languages is a plus.
