The position
As a GMP Warehouse Supporter, you will be at the forefront of our expanding company, shaping its trajectory and impact. You will join our newly established team where you have the unique opportunity to carve out your role according to your strengths and preferences. We support the complex supply chain processes that not only ensure timely deliveries but that our warehouses and logistic flow are complying according to all standards and requirements from the authorities. We also develop the way we work by implementing ideas for optimisation and capacity expansion of our processes, facilities, and warehouses using new technologies and innovative approaches. The work will also be carried out in close collaboration with the manager and employees in the warehouse team. Your area of responsibility will revolve around support of maintaining GMP compliance, and will include: Participation in audits and inspections Driving and writing change requests cases and deviations Providing updates and prepare instructions, procedures, and risk assessments ensuring they are up to date and ready to meet current GMP requirements Trend monitoring and data extractions Optimising processes within the area and across stakeholders Participating in various projects This job holds a range of professional opportunities to develop expertise in a complex manufacturing setup where ambitions are high. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree in relevant fields such as process/production technology, supply chain, warehouse logistics, supply chain, chemistry, or pharmacy Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry under GMP regulation, with an interest in warehouse logistics/Supply Chain and supporting multiple production lines Keen interest in integrating new technologies to optimize processes, coupled with a pragmatic, can-do approach and a commitment to continuous learning Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is highly advantageous On a personal level you exhibit systematic and structured task management, fostering a positive, proactive demeanour, and thrive on collaborative teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders. You enjoy knowledge sharing, and your quality mindset and solution focus is a natural part of you. You appreciate the value of accurate and timely documentation, as you know how important it is in relation to the safety and quality control. About the department Business Support in Biotech Rare Disease Finished Products Kirke Værløse (BRD BS FP KV) is a new department that supports production and the development the site is going through. The department consists of three teams: Warehouse, Facility & Utility, and Planning & Capacity. We are establishing a new team: Warehouse and Facility/Utility Support where this position is anchored.
