Role

Join us as Head of Sales & Cofounder at Regulars. You'll lead our ambitious journey, spearheading growth and success through strategic sales leadership. This is an opportunity to come aboard at the same level as the rest of the founder team, contributing directly to shaping the future of our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in the field, demonstrating a hunger for prospecting and closing deals, thinking big, and displaying unwavering tenacity.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our talented team to achieve growth objectives.

  • Refine and conduct a thorough go-to-market approach towards lucrative opportunities, embodying a self-starter and self-motivator mindset.

  • Implement effective sales materials and strategies gained from hands-on experience in business expansion, driven by self-discipline and motivation.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by actively engaging with clients, providing tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Passion for driving customer success and satisfaction, with a knack for spotting market trends.

  • Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in our dynamic team environment.
