IT and Automation Project Manager
emagine is looking for an IT and Automation Project Manager for an expansion project for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your responsibilities includes
The planning of project activities, synchronization of team efforts and management of the overall project schedule, resource requirements and alignment with a lot of different stakeholders.
Supporting and driving collaboration with our process teams, your own team, vendors and with other areas in Global IT
Managing follow up on costs and budgets, create presentation materials, and reporting
Manage scope, plan, costs and project risks
Responsibility for ensuring implementation of 32 IT and Automation systems and IT infrastructure on new facilities
Drive execution while ensuring that the project activities meet internal requirements and follows our client´s standards.
Ensure projects are implemented in compliance with regulatory requirements
You will work with both internal and vendor teams and need to coordinate, align and follow up on cross-functional teams, you will also drive scope including requirements development, risk analyses and quality documentation.
Must-have competencies:
You need Project Management experience and preferable also either IT or Automation experience
Ability to multi-task in an environment of competing priorities.
Successfully handles multiple stakeholders and project teams simultaneously.
Start : ASAP
Duration : 9-12 months
Allocation : Fulltime, time & material
Location : Preferably 3-4 days on site in Kalundborg and 1-2 days in Virum or Bagsværd
