Flying Tiger Copenhagen is looking for a talented and motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users and stores!
In this role, you will:
- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing IT problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Support In-house hardware and installations (computers, meeting rooms, workplace setups, access cards for the office etc.)
- Managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies
- Responding to IT support tickets and inquiries via various channels, such as email, phone, or ticketing systems, and documenting solutions and resolutions
- Providing and/or participating on internal projects to improve the work related with Onsite Support and Service Desk (automation, process improvement, etc.)
- Managing and supporting End-to-End Store hardware Asset Management Life Cycle and governance according to infrastructure definition
- Support the whole flow regarding Store Creation/Move/Closing, participating in projects and/or internal improvements.
- Actively working with Service Delivery Manager and Product Owner on improvements to the current Store Opening Flow
- Identify solutions to achieve/maintain data quality, and compliance with store hardware asset lifecycle procedures, including reconciliation with Riga stocks and Finance.
- Manage physical inventory validations, reconciliation in support of contract renewals by providing them an overview of what they currently have, what they use and what they should true-up or renew.

- Experience providing technical support to end-users.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with technology.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in documenting support requests and solutions.
- Experience managing IT assets.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of store opening/closing procedures.
- Familiarity with data quality management principles.
