For our Offshore Legel Department in Vejle or Skovlunde, Denmark, we are looking for a Maritime Contract Manager or Legal Counsel, to handle a variety of contracting activities for SGRE’s Maritime Operations, Offshore Service Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, Insurance, Offshore Sales and Project Management departments and provide support for other legal matters (excluding HR and Tax matters).

You will be part of a dedicated, multi-national team of legal advisers located at our offices in Denmark, primarily supporting Siemens Gamesa’s market leading Offshore Wind business. Working together with our internal business partners and the broader Siemens Gamesa Legal Department, you will provide primary negotiation, contracting and legal support for a variety of maritime contracts, including charter parties and framework agreements with the vessel providers supplying the fleet of specialized vessels (installation and jack-up vessels, service offshore/walk-to-work vessels, crew transfer vessels, floatels, subsea works, barges, project cargo vessels, etc.) used in the Offshore Wind industry, as well as aviation contracts, including agreements for helicopters services and support the rest of the legal team responsible for the entire lifecycle of offshore wind projects located around the world (including during the bidding, negotiations, implementation, warranty and service phases of projects).
