We are seeking an experienced professional to 1) oversee and optimize global marketing production processes for adaptation projects and 2) to collaborate on the POS/merchandize production, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Marketing production for adaptation projects: Supervise the execution of the global marketing adaptation projects and engage with external partners to ensure delivery meets established quality standards, timelines are respected, and expenditures are kept in check. Provide consultation and guidance on aspects of marketing-related adaptation productions, defining and managing standards for the creation of marketing assets. Coordinate projects related to POS, product dummy, and merchandize production and logistics, sourcing external partners, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Work in tandem with global brand teams, regional stakeholders, and affiliates to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing production output.Required Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing international marketing production workflows and collaborating with third-party firms (marketing agencies, production suppliers), emphasizing high-quality outcomes, prompt completion, and fiscal prudence, either as employee in a marketing team or as a project manager in an agency. Expertise in versioning and production of brand and product launch assets, leveraging agency networks and production tools effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing projects successfully. Ideally, experience working in a truly international set-up. Knowledge of POS/merchandize production is a plus.Skills:
Proficiency in sourcing and coordinating with external partners and suppliers to ensure top-quality production results. Capable of clear and effective communication, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the globe and in HQ and local market settings. Understanding of marketing asset creation standards and practices.Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Production Management, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and project management tools. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in marketing agencies or similar roles.Travel Requirements: This position may involve occasional travel to support global coordination and project management efforts.
