MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

A mechanical supervisor is responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning: responsible for developing project plans, including determining the scope of work, creating schedules, and establishing budgets. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the project's success.
• Quality Control: establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that all mechanical construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications. Conduct
• inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the construction team. Identify potential hazards, conduct safety training, and implement measures to minimize risks.
• Communication and Collaboration: maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project managers. Provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Generate regular reports on project status, milestones, and budget performance.
• Problem Solving: proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the construction process. Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions and ensure smooth project execution.

City: Odense (Denmark)

1. Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and equipment installation.

2. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, and effectively convey project requirements and progress updates.

3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

4. Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

5. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address construction challenges, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions under pressure.
