Network Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join our client in the manufacturing industry. You will preform highly skilled work requiring thorough knowledge of advanced technical methods to perform highly complex assignments and resolve a wide range of technical problems.

Location: Greater Copenhagen area, onsite most days.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years experience with enterprise networking
• Great experience as a Network Specialist
• Good knowledge of LAN/Wireless networks based on Aruba and Cisco equipment
• Knowledge Checkpoint and Fortigate firewalls
• Knowledge of Zscaler ZTNA configuration
• Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
• Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Strong English skills - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Implement and maintain enterprise LAN and wireless network
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve network-related issues
• Handle network related servicedesk tickets
• Provide technical support to end-users and colleagues regarding network connectivity, access, and performance
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
• Operate and troubleshoot firewalls and remote access
