New Product Entry Lead

If so, this might be the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a new New Product Entry Lead to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Finished Products (FP) area, based in Hillerød.
 
The position
As our New Product Entry Lead, you will be key in driving our NPE process and assure coordination and execution of all NPE activities in our finished production area. You will be responsible for defining and communicating the process to all internal and external stakeholders and serve as entry point and project lead for NPE.

NPE covers introduction of new products and variants of injection pens in Site Hillerød. NPE includes changes to both existing variants in regard to component and packaging materials and implementation of new products and variants.

You will have the opportunity to join our PMO supporting NPE in finished production and will be welcomed on this journey with us!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Define, optimize, and communicate the NPE process

• Coordinate and plan time schedules and resource estimates, following up on all tasks/processes related to NPE requests

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all NPE requests from external stakeholders to FP, prioritizing and communicating effectively

• Develop and maintain strong collaborations with stakeholders across FP and external partners

• Lead the site NPE group master plan and status meetings, providing follow-up and handover to the line of business

 
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:

• An Academic Degree within engineering, pharmaceutical, or similar.

• Experience within project management or coordinating role

• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross functionally 

• Experience from a GMP regulation environment would be an advantage

• Professional proficiency in English

About the department
You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, consisting of 11 experienced project managers and 2 graduates. Our team is dedicated to planning and executing projects within the finished production at our production site. Our team is part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO, where our more than 40 Project Managers plan and execute projects across at our entire production site. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects and implement new solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. From PMO we execute projects within aseptic production (formulation, filling and inspection); finished production (assembly and packaging); IT; material handling systems and our building facilities.
