As a Production Manager, you'll be involved from new sales opportunities to product delivery, ensuring continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality. Based in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark, this full-time position offers a pivotal role within our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee production processes to ensure quality, quantity, and cost targets are met.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of approximately 15 personnel, providing clear direction and support.
• Sales and Production Coordination: Handle sales and production orders, prioritizing resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
• System Work: Execute system tasks such as creating purchase and production orders, ensuring operational efficiency in the ordering process.
• Operational Support: Act as the internal point of contact for operational inquiries across departments.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, including people management.
• Strong technical production background with experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Business Administration or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain a strategic overview.
• International experience is a plus.
