Job Description

We are looking for 2 x IT Infrastructure Project Managers for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry.

As a Project Manager in Corporate Infrastructure, you will be part of an existing project team, that handles a large portfolio of both small and large IT infrastructure projects. Your role will be to act as a service broker / project manager between various internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Rolling out deployment project of new IT infrastructure expansions
  
• Ensuring that the projects proceed as planned, deadlines are met and that you communicate with many different professional groups.
  
• Ensuring that we implement our IT infrastructure standards
  
• Coordination between various stakeholders, both internal and external partners, to ensure that tasks are performed on time.
  
• Status reporting and finances/budget for your projects.
  

It is therefore relevant that you have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work, that enables you to be at the forefront of any unforeseen challenges. The Network Partner Team works with a wide range of IT projects as well as internal improvement projects. Which is why your work can be focused on either expansion of the network components installed in all our new buildings - both nationally and globally, or classic internal project such as implementing new work processes or act as facilitator for improvement work.

The workplace is at our Headquarter in Ballerup. However, meetings may occur at other locations.

Qualifications

We imagine that the right candidate has proven Project manager experience.

In addition, it is considered an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have knowledge about IT Infrastructure and IT operation processes, but it is more important that you can run smaller projects from A-Z.

In details, we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of Project manager experience
  
• Preferably certified in Prince2 or the like
  
• Strong, professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written,
  
• Ability to approach people using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style.
  
• Proactive approach to problem solving and a ‘can-do-attitude’
  
• Good understanding and/or hands-on experience in the conception and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  

About the department

The position is based in Cloud and Corporate infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 200+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. Corporate Infrastructure consists of several teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for the network architecture and future development of the administrative network. You will be a part of the Global Network Partner team, where we are 24 people in Denmark and India.
