Project Manager in Operational Readiness (FP - Assembly & Pack)
emagine is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Project Manager, Operational Readiness (FP - Assembly & Pack) for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Project Manager in Operational Readiness, you will be responsible for ensuring that sites within the FP - Assembly & Pack domain are prepared for operations.
Description:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Track Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to clarify the scope of IT/OT solutions. You will identify and outline the necessary activities for sites to be operationally ready, including training, documentation, and asset management. Additionally, you will assist the Track Lead in defining the target organization for future operations and establishing a global collaboration model for Operation & Maintenance. Working closely with the local project team, you will ensure alignment on program goals and delivery approach. Effective communication with key stakeholders regarding program progress and risks will also be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Track SMEs to clarify the scope of IT/OT solutions.
Identify required activities for sites to be ready for operations and develop project schedules accordingly.
Assist Track Lead in defining the target organization for future operations and global collaboration model for Operation & Maintenance.
Work closely with the local project team to ensure alignment on program goals and delivery approach.
Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders within the program
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in operational readiness.
Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with Track SMEs and local project teams.
Ability to identify necessary activities for operational readiness and develop project schedules.
Experience in defining target organization and global collaboration models.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Allocation: Full time, hybrid
Duration: 7 months with possibility for extension
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid
