About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator to join our team. As QHSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting QHSE initiatives and activities within the organization. We are actively working with the ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and 27001 standards and the ideal candidate has experience with the development, implementation and/or improvement of one or more of these.

Primary Tasks:

As QHSE Coordinator your primary tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance with QHSE regulations and Liftra procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records related to QHSE activities, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitating incident reporting and coordinate investigations.
• Coordinating internal and external audits.
• Supporting development and maintenance of emergency response plans.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wind or steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
