Quality Engineer

What you will do:

Johnson Controls is seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise and passion for quality work in the manufacturing and supplier process for our factory in Holme, Aarhus. As a Quality Engineer, you will have a large interface throughout the Sabroe Factory organization, where our Engineering department and the development department will also enter a close collaboration on production. Your primary focus will be on driving quality excellence and enhancing the manufacturing process to meet customers' high expectations.

How you will do it:

We are looking for someone with a positive and respectful approach, who takes ownership of their responsibilities. You are a solution-oriented team player who can also lead a team. You are the type of person who can make things happen independently, as well as by involving colleagues. When faced with challenges, you can act as a firefighter (handling the situation), investigator (finding the underlying cause), and architect (designing effective solutions to minimize recurrence). You understand the importance of interaction and collaboration, actively seeking influence to implement robust solutions.
