The role  

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Assistant with a customer-obsessed mindset to join our Business Development team. You will play a vital role in providing valuable support to our sales team, and you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our order management while ensuring positive customer relationships.  

This role will need a mix of excellent communication skills as you will be working with a diverse group of customers and colleagues from around the world, as well as a sharp focus on structure to ensure the delivery of a fast and satisfying customer service to all our main stakeholders. 

The Team

The Business Development Team is a newly established team primarily dedicated to expanding our B2B channel through strategic partnerships and reseller collaborations. Additionally, the team is focused on delivering our software to all our Studio and E-commerce customers, as well as educational institutions. By joining, you will be a part of a dynamic and highly diverse team dedicated to delivering the best quality possible. 

What you’ll do 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Supporting sales team by maintaining administrative tasks including back-office support, order management such as subscription renewals, updating sales materials and document management 
  • Maintaining accurate data entry in our CRM system, HubSpot, on a daily basis  
  • Responding to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution  
  • Assisting with other sales-related ad hoc tasks upon need  

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage  
  • Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English  
  • Proficiency with using tools & technology to organise your work, including Office 365, and preferably experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)  
  • Powerful organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • A positive mindset and a go-getter attitude suited to working in diverse and inclusive teams and with global stakeholder
