You will be given the opportunity to:
Manage the design
From defining the design approach, managing modelling and analytical processes, to production and checking of processes, and challenging your team to optimise solutions.
Lead on technical matters
Your capability and experience in defining smart solutions to challenging technical problems, with a design team, is critical.
Commercial exposure
You will manage commercial aspects of your design activities in alliance with your senior colleagues.
Optimise digital means
You will help shape our implementation of the digital agenda and drive the automation of our design services through project applications.
Collaborative approach
You will collaborate and coordinate with a diverse engineering team which includes global experts from across the world.

You are keen on taking on responsibility, and you possess the following competences:
·A Master’s degree in engineering, with special interest in immersed tunnels and underground infrastructure.
·A minimum of 7 years of post-graduate working experience.
·Good communications skills, both verbally and written in English, with a fluency or advanced knowledge of Danish or another Scandinavian language.
·A strong advantage if you have a digital profile, desirably with a proven capability in structural modelling and programming tools, and desirably some experience of ground modelling tools.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Critical thinking and desire to challenge the norm.
