The position
The role requires the ability to make complex decisions and manage a wide range of stakeholders while supporting employees in making the right decisions and maintaining a positive work environment.
Your main tasks will be:
• Coordinate resources and set clear directions for the highest quality to patients
• Participate in steering groups with stakeholders across the world within Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) and BRD Quality Assurance
• Be part of a management team that builds and maintains a strong Quality department for the future
• Ensure continuous development of employees and departments while prioritizing a safe work environment and employee well-being
• Join the site management team and drive the mission to safeguard patients, product quality, and ensure compliance with external requirements
Qualifications
The job requires excellent people management skills, strong collaboration skills, the ability to set direction and motivate your team. Furthermore, you are expected to demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and listening actively to diverse perspectives. It is a common aspiration for all leaders to keep a strategic overview ensuring collaboration across business functions.
Furthermore you will have –
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• Fluency in oral and written English required
• Experience in Pharma or related fields is preferred
• Degree in Natural Science or Engineering is preferred

About the department
Novo Nordisk is seeking to expand our global manufacturing footprint in Odense, Denmark to meet the increasing demand for current and future treatments in serious chronic diseases. This presents an exciting challenge and an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
As a member of the Fill & Finish Expansions QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality in designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will work with a global management team to develop the pharma facilities of the future and utilize advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
Once the facility in Odense is in operation and final approvals have been obtained, it will become part of Novo Nordisk's global network of manufacturing facilities. To succeed, a high level of commitment from the Quality Assurance department is required to ensure the highest quality for our patients, even when challenged during project execution and daily operation.
