The Position

As a Finance Partnering professional at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality finance partnering to M&A projects and STGs of the respective projects, as well as respective leadership teams.

Ensure project budgets are built based on appropriate input and solid assumptions aligned to project business case.

Review corporate asset project budgets.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Keep the PSQIT BD Finance director informed of financial developments and flag potential challenges proactively.

Track acquisition costs across PSQIT M&A projects.

Design and ensure adherence to PSQIT BD Finance governance framework.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Strong experience in financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Knowledge of financial principles and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a global and diverse team.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

About the department

The PS, Q & IT department is the largest organizational unit in Novo Nordisk, responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products and the quality assurance of all activities. The Business Finance team within the PS, Q & IT Finance department consists of around 40 people from diverse backgrounds, located in our Bagsværd headquarters. We are a center of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investments, and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally. Our team is characterized by openness, dedication, and a strong focus on well-being.
