About your role

As a Senior Security Manager, you will be at the forefront, leading and overseeing security initiatives across various domains. Your collaboration with our infrastructure and engineering teams will be crucial in shaping our products and infrastructure with a strong focus on security and compliance. You will be responsible for continuous evaluations and enhancements of our security measures and compliance with data protection regulations.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute the security roadmap, ensuring alignment with Continia's strategic goals.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to architect secure solutions.
• Conduct security and architectural reviews, identifying vulnerabilities and collaborating with development teams to implement fixes.
• Design and manage infrastructure and automation tools to proactively detect, contain, and mitigate security threats.
• Collaborate with compliance and privacy teams to enhance our compliance frameworks and respond to internal and external audits.

About you 
We are looking for someone, who is independent and self-driven as the role requires a high level of decision-making. You are accountable, approach your endeavors with a can-do attitude and embrace the responsibility that comes with your work. Further, we imagine you have the following skills and personal traits:

• Independent, self-driven professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience in cloud-based security environments (Azure preferred).
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest security standards, systems, best practices, products, and automation.
• Experience with information security and risk management frameworks, standards, and certifications such as ISO27001/2, NIST, SOC2 and GDPR.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender 365, Purview, Intunes, and related security and compliance products.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and projects, and be a supportive teammate.
• Cybersecurity training and certifications, with a passion for exploring security-related topics.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
