Caféforpagter til Café VIC i Vinding Idræts Center/Vejle

Vores forpagter gennem mere end 3 år har af personlige årsager sluttet sin forpagtning med udgangen af april måned. Forpagteren har i den periode udviklet caféens sortiment og kundegrundlag til stor tilfredshed for alle gæster.

Caféen skal først og fremmest betjene Vinding Sports Forening - VSFs 2.500 medlemmer og Vinding Skoles 600 elever, men der har derudover været afholdt talrige lokale generalforsamlinger, udstillinger, dansekonkurrencer, spis-sammen arrangementer og foredrag, som har bidraget til en stærkt øget omsætning over årene.

Caféen og det tilhørende køkken er gennem de seneste 4 år blevet gennemgribende renoveret og fremstår som nyt fra gulv til loft med nyt inventar og nye møbler overalt. Der er endvidere 2 store TV og PS 4 spil samt bordfodbold og airhockey i caféen.

Til køkkenet hører også betydelige fryse- og kølefaciliteter og ovne/stegeudstyr, så der er gode muligheder for en initiativrig person.

Er du serviceorienteret og god til at tale med mennesker i alle aldre, er du måske den, vi søger. Du skal endvidere være indstillet på skiftende arbejdstider, så vi altid kan yde sportsfolkene en god service, så de føler sig velkomne i caféen.

Du skal naturligvis have et grundlæggende kendskab til håndtering af fødevarer og kunne lave den type mad, som sportsfolk forventer sig.
