Do you speak German and love SaaS sales? Then tamigo could be the place for you!

tamigo provides a Workforce Management solution that is easy, smart, and international to customers in retail and hospitality across Europe.

As an Account Executive your job is to increase sales, revenue, and MMR. You are persistent and enjoy hunting for new business opportunities and closing deals. Your primary customers will be enterprise and mid-sized businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What you will do:

  • Manage your sales process, take ownership of your pipeline and ensure constant progress on your deals.
  • Develop sales strategies for the DACH market to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the DACH market.
  • Engage with C-level decision makers in international enterprises located in DACH, understand their business needs and use our solution to address them.
  • Negotiate client contracts (Master License Agreements).
  • Act as a product specialist and clearly demonstrate tamigo and its value in meetings with different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful implementation projects and a good handover.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of HR and/or workforce management needs
  • Retail or hospitality industry experience

You are the right candidate if:

  • You speak and write German on a native level and English on a professional level.
  • You have 5+ years’ experience of consistently meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets in SaaS.
  • You are used to working with CRM systems.
  • You have excellent sales presentation skills.
