As an Account Manager your main function is to sell the Bio-Rad product lines to meet the territory sales goals and identify new opportunities in your assigned territory. You need to reach out to customers and potential customers, follow up on previous activities, and execute on behalf. You will work as part of a high-functioning team including Field Application Specialists, Inside Sales and Product Managers. The position includes sales negotiation, sales maintenance, activities with existing and new customers, to develop trust and business volume, protecting margins and developing customer satisfaction and Bio-Rad’s brand image. 

As an Account Manager, your main function will be to work with customers, also in the Nordics countries. Contact follow up on sales activities, maintain delivery plans and search for new opportunities. As an Account Managers you always search for selling more and build up partnership with the customers. You will be the connection between the customer site and Bio-Rad, to secure successful installation, supporting trainings and customer care. Your tasks will include, customer follow up (teams meetings, calls etc), planning together with the customer, manage contracts, Sales negotiation and developing customer satisfaction.

You will an important part of the commercial team in the Nordics, and you will have commercial knowledge and target also.

This position is full time, and the place of work is based from our office in Copenhagen. We will evaluate applications continuously and we welcome your application today!

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, establish relations to the customers by holding high field activity.
  • Use and maintain the company CRM system according to guidelines.
  • Attends trainings to increase product knowledge and improve skills.
  • Be a valuable teamplayer to establish and perform the strategy against the customers.
  • What You Bring:

  • Can do attitude and able to establish and maintain relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical diagnostic, life science or related field.
  • Motivated by working with multiple projects under tight deadlines in order to create results.
  • Sales experience in direct sales preferable.
  • Ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment.
  • Fluent English and Danish language knowledge
  • We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is driven to achieve and exceed sales results in challenging and/or competitive situations. You have a keen ability to initiate contact and develop relationships with people and a proactive and creative approach to looking after the needs and concerns of customers.

    An expected 30% of travel within the Nordic countries is expected, including overnight stay.

    Other important personal attributes include; Good organizational and time management skills; a strong ability to work both independently and contribute in a team environment and; flexibility in changing priorities in order to pursue new valuable commercial opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
