Welcome to our Aftersales and Commercial Excellence Team
FOSS is looking for an Aftersales business developer to our Aftersales Development team, which is part of the global Sales and Marketing organization. Your key focus in this role will be to identify, develop, implement, and maintain aftersales offerings that are customer centric and with solid business cases. The role has a global reach, as FOSS operates in all parts of the world.

Aftersales is one of the fastest growing business areas in FOSS, and we expect this to continue for the foreseeable future - you will be instrumental in ensuring the continued succeed. In FOSS and towards our customers, we refer to aftersales as Customer Care to make it clear, that all offerings are built to maximize customer value.

You will be a vital part in strengthening the Aftersales team
As an Aftersales business developer, you will be a vital part in ensuring FOSS has the right portfolio of offerings in the market and that the strategic direction for aftersales is clear.

This includes key tasks such as:

  • Identification, qualification, and pipeline management of aftersales offerings
  • Development and implementation of aftersales offerings
  • On-going maintenance and adjustment of existing offerings to ensure they stay fit-for-market
  • Professionalizing and optimization of the aftersales development process and activities in the aftersales team
  • Provide guidance on setting and continuous evaluating market prices for aftersales offerings incl. spare parts and consumables
  • Contribute to setting the strategic direction of aftersales in FOSS and ensuring we achieve our strategic goals in the Aftersales team
  • This is a full-time position that require traveling, approximately 10-15 days per year. There is flexibility around the planning of business travel. Workplace is Hillerød, Denmark.

    What will make you fit this role well?
    We imagine you have min. 5 years of experience working in an international environment within development of B2B commercial or aftersales offerings.

    Ideally you have experience with aftersales within the Food and Agri industry.

    As a person you have:

  • High energy and are self-driven, with an outgoing, proactive, and supportive attitude as a natural DNA
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Well-developed stakeholder and change management skills
  • Interested in expanding the knowledge and experience into various areas
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree within Business, Engineering or similar
  • To be successful in this position, it is natural for you to strive for making tomorrow better than today, have a problem-solving attitude and be a concise communicator. You need to be a great team player that can take responsibility and ensure progress through motivation, fellowship, and positive encouragement of those around you while keeping a sharp focus on meeting deadlines.
