Take part in shaping businesses and society using new technologies

As a Delivery Lead in NewTech, we expect you to have experience in delivering and managing complex technology or business transformation projects and to be passionate about making an impact using new technologies to shape businesses and society. 

Your responsibilities will include managing teams and collaborating with clients in delivering cutting-edge technology projects, managing our client relationships, managing project stakeholders, delivering/writing proposals, and providing guidance as our NewTech practice continues to grow.

Typical activities include:

• Managing projects focused on new technologies (both implementation of tech solutions, operating models, governance and strategy)
• Nurturing client relationships and communicating with project stakeholders
• Continuous development of our delivery methods on NewTech projects
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities at clients (you must understand the solutions we work with)
• Drive day-to-day administrative activities within the team

You are passionate about new technology and a champion at implementing it

We value the following items strongly when looking for the right candidate for the position:

• 4-10 years of professional work experience (preferably experience within consulting), including a proven track record of successful technology implementations, managing teams, managing project finance, stakeholder expectations etc.
• Master's degree with strong results
• Demonstrated passion for new technology and its potential to improve society
• Ability to understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of a delivery and the business case behind it
• Highly structured approach to work and management
• Ability to manage mixed KPMG and client teams of at least 5-10 people
• Confidence in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders incl. C-level
• Clear understanding of the stakeholder dynamics when delivering cross-functional solutions (Business teams, IT, Sub-contractors, Vendors etc.)
• Fluency in English and at least 1 Nordic language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with NewTech (RPA, Generative AI machine learning, chat- or voicebots, low code, etc.) and/or Digital Transformation (IT System Integration)
