The job
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll be involved in everything from bookkeeping to reconciliation. In this role, you’ll find stability and confidence in mastering a range of recurring daily tasks, as well as sparring with colleagues not only within our own Finance team, but also the rest of the company. In Finance, we are working closely with other departments and are the ones who always have our finger on the pulse.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of finance in a fast-paced, e-commerce scale-up.
And this is where YOU come in! Your tasks will include:
Processing vendor bills for the group
Maintaining vendor master data
Bookkeeping in general
Posting GL-entries
Month closure activities including various reconciliations
Handling end-to-end accounting tasks and payments for our German entity
Managing B2B invoicing
What you’ll need to shine in this role:
A couple of years of experience in a similar position or you may be fresh out of a relevant educational programme with at least some years of experience in a finance department (could be part-time)
You have experience working with Excel and feel comfortable about it
You understand the positive outcome of being a team player who enjoys working with colleagues and contributing to a positive atmosphere
You understand the importance of pitching in when things get busy
You’re structured and excel at staying calm and focused when juggling multiple tasks, especially during the month closure period
Fluency in English is essential
You hold a valid EU work permit

You’ll be based at our vibrant HQ on Dortheavej, Copenhagen, where we offer brekkie, a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee ☕. We’re also flexible with remote working .We’d love for you to join us as soon as possible. It’s a full-time role.
