Are you positive, inspiring, and driven by passion and expertise? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you to take on new challenges at BOLIA as our new Area Sales Manager, Contract market.

At BOLIA, we are dedicated to strengthening our presence in the Contract market, and we’re looking for a result-oriented and structured Area Sales Manager to help drive this ambition. You will play a central role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with contract dealers, architects, A&D professionals, and other key buyers in the hospitality and office sectors across Scandinavia. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a Global Business Partner within the office sector, driving growth and ensuring long-term success.

You will report directly to our International Wholesale Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Budget/sales targets and implement sales strategies to achieve these results.
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with architects, design firms, contractors and other industry professionals.
  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to position and secure that our products are specified for relevant projects.
  • Visit and manage your customer pipeline, driving engagement and sales growth.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and prepare offers.
  • Build an order pipeline and a process for maintaining this.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with our Concept Design team to secure a strong Professional Collection and relevant sales materials tailored to architects and design professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and meetings to expand networks and business opportunities.
  • Strengthen the brand visibility and awareness in the Contract market in accordance with our brand identity and values.

 

Competences:

  • Relevant commercial work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as Area Sales Manager. Preferably with experience from Contract sales including a strong network of contacts with the architecture and design community in Scandinavia.
  • Results-driven with an interest in design, furniture, and/or interior design.
  • Understand and respect our strong Brand identity.
  • You combine strategical thinking with empathy, and work with high energy, passion, and self-discipline.
  • You are structured and detail-oriented but still outgoing and a true team-player.
  • You speak and write English at a high level.
  • High user level of Windows office is a must and knowledge of D365 will be an advantage.

 

There will be a travel activity in the position – approx. 30 days per year.
