Assistant for the breakfast restaurant at Wakeup Copenhagen, Bernstorffsgade (part-time)

Then you might be our new service-minded colleague for the breakfast restaurant at Wakeup Copenhagen, Bernstorffsgade.

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, on the corner of Kalvebod Brygge, opened in 2018 and is designed by renowned architect Kim Utzon. The hotel's design is characterized by a minimalist design and high quality. The restaurant and kitchen is located at the very top of the 10th floor with a beautiful panoramic view of all of Copenhagen.

The best start to the day...

...requires a delicious breakfast and the right hospitality. Therefore, your main task is to make our guests feel welcome when they enter the restaurant. You make sure they get the best start to their day. The position is mainly in the kitchen, but not exclusively. We offer approximately 96 hours over 4 weeks, with working hours typically from 05:30-12:00 on weekdays and from 6:00 - 12:30 on weekends. Working every other weekend is a regular part of the schedule.

Your primary tasks are:

• continuous preparation and refilling of the buffet
• welcoming our guests to the restaurant
• clearing and wiping down tables
• preparing bread, vegetables and fruit in the kitchen
• washing dishes and crockery
• Furthermore, you will make sure that the restaurant is always tidy and neat, and take care of our guests
