The goal of this function is to implement professional digital eco-system strategy by building and maintaining a multi-channel and multi-form professional digital engagement and communication platform that allows for tailored two-way communication to the customers and the Vet experts. You will work closely with regional AOC, local PVA, local brand teams to lead alignment and collaboration. This is a critical role in developing the Professional Digital Content while advising senior management on new developments in the professional digital space to further fuel the strategic focus on Vet Channel development in Nordics.
What you will do:
Adapt regional and implement local professional digital engagement strategy Lead strategic Advantage App tool for Nordics Lead professional digital tool execution in Nordic countries In cooperation with PVA and digital marketing teams manage professional content development supporting the planned engagement projects Data-mining: Analyze and correlate data from multiple sources (e.g., sell-out, hillsvet visits, QR, etc.) to drive insight generation & opportunity spotting to further drive BRMO, sales and efficiencies. Create and improve reporting/KPI dashboarding to monitor platform and asset performance. Manage the part of A&P Budget dedicated to professional digital projects Continuously monitor new developments in the professional digital space and advise senior management on how to adapt the strategy accordingly
Key proficiences & Qualifications
Higher education degree in economics or marketing 3+ years of experience in digital marketing experience Strong understanding (ideally with experience in) of new digital developments (technical, marketing) Good understanding of business terminology; good analytical skills Strong work ethic, professional appearance and approach, high integrity Self-motivated and highly competitive Excellent digital skills Proficient in all Google tools Strong Project management skills Excellent communication skills Must be able to work independently Ability to make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty or complexity
