As An Associate Legal Counsel, you will be a joining a smaller, but highly skilled legal department, where you will learn from the best. The Legal department handles all negotiation and preparation of legal contracts across various areas, where you can grow your commercial and corporate law experience.

Your responsibilities as an Associate Legal Counsel:

Reporting to our Head of Legal, you will:

Draft, review and negotiate software contracts with assistance from inhouse lawyers, including SaaS contracts, and professional services contracts and in relation hereto, and work closely with the sales organization and the customer success organization.

You will work on data privacy and data security legal issues in close cooperation with our CISO, our CTO and our IT department.

Support on internal legal questions from Omada’s support functions, as Insurances etc.

You will manage legal files with the help of a modern contract management

Maintain and develop templates.

Do you have what it takes?

A Scandinavian master's degree in law or business administration and commercial law combined with:

1-2 years of (postgraduate) experience

Preferable experience from the tech industry

Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

An ability to learn new skills as well as the willingness to follow through on tasks

An eye for details, scalability and operational efficiency

Highly collaborative and curious mindset with a “can do” approach

Excellent communication skills in English and Danish - verbally and written
