The position
As our new Associate Manager you will manage the 24/7 operation of the Alarm Response Centre. You will lead a highly engaged team and you will be working closely together with your specialists, support functions, and internal customers and external vendors to ensure our deliverables are on point and KPI´s are met. The team performs with high degree of empowerment and the position requires an involving approach to leadership.
The main tasks will include the following:
You will work cross-functionally to ensure the safety of our people, products, and property as well as manage department quality setup and budgets.
The Alarm Response Centre is open 24/7 and you are expected to be available at all times in case of a crisis. The position requires a strategic mindset as you will have an active say in setting the future strategic development of the area.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
Experience with budget management and shift work planning will be a plus.
As a person, you are able to make quick decisions under pressure and you thrive in a busy environment. Moreover, you have strong relationship-building skills and ability to create trust with stakeholders. You adopt motivational approach to employees and have excellent communication skills. Moreover, you have ambition for leadership and a desire to develop in a new area. Strong leadership mindset and a track record of good performance and employee dedication are key in this role.
About the department
The Alarm Response Centre is a part of Physical Security Operations in Corporate Facilities, located in Denmark. We drive effective security operations to maintain a safe and secure work environment for company staff and visitors and to protect property and products. Your team consists of 24 security officers and 5 specialists. The atmosphere is highly flexible and adaptive, with employees who are dedicated and responsive to the ever-changing security landscape in a sometimes hectic environment.
