The Position

As an Associate Manager in Oral Product Development, you will oversee a team of operators in our production facility, where we aim to make different clinical productions together with our stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Be a leader for your team

• Guide and set directions to the team through shop floor presence

• Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency

• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focusing on optimizing processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Leadership experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry

• GMP experience

• Technical knowledge of packaging production is a plus

• Communication skills in Danish and English.

Strong people management skills combined with curiosity are important in this role.

About the Department

Oral Product Development (OPdev) is organizationally located in Emerging Technologies (ET) in Måløv and is growing to support the demands for new products. The department is helping develop future products and pack them before testing, submission, or resupply. We are responsible for testing clinical studies, and we work closely with the rest of the departments in development. We continuously work to optimize our processes and have an efficient use of resources using various LEAN tools.

Currently, the operator team consists of 19 operators. They work on day shift and evening shift. There are two other teams in the department.
