About the position
You will be Associate Manager of our Quality Control (QC) Support team managing app. 12 dedicated employees – primarily engineers.

You can anticipate playing a crucial role in optimising Novo Nordisk's supply chain setup for pen needles and ensuring its preparedness for new processes and systems. Therefore, the position includes ensuring that our processes run optimally and are aligned with various supply chain-related meetings and strategic initiatives.

About the department
You will be a part of the QC, Training and Facility Management department and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation.
You will join a management team of six, where you are responsible for providing clear prioritisations in close collaboration with your colleagues. The culture in the management team is inclusive, collaborative, fun and with great professionalism.
The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments with app. 475 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
