The position

As an Associate Manager, you will lead 6-8 operators and join the management team of 4-5 Associate Managers and 1 Senior Manager.

Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients world-wide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6.300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world.

You will be part of the department in IFP KA working with Finished Production (FP) But be integrated into 1 of the 3 sub departments. Actually, we are looking for two process support associate managers for 2 different sub departments.

IFP area in Kalundborg has 9-11 packaging and assembly lines. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 280 employees responsible for assembling and packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
