The position
You will be part of an area providing support in shaping and driving the SVP agenda within Global Drug Discovery (GDD) and outside GDD with key Novo Nordisk stakeholders. This will also require driving business initiatives across the SVP area on behalf of and in close alignment with the Vice President (VP). This position will report to the VP of Strategy & Digital in Global Drug Discovery.

You have a relevant university degree. This could be in biological, medical, or pharmaceutical science, social sciences, engineering, etc., but likely also coupled with work history within the pharmaceutical industry.

GDD Strategic Development is part of Global Drug Discovery which is a central area in ‘Research & Early Development’ at Novo Nordisk. As an Associate Strategy Director in Operations and Strategy Execution, you will be part of an area that enables GDD to meet its strategic aspirations and drive the digital agenda across GDD.
