Backup Scheduling, Tool Administration and resolving Incidents for backup and restore services. Perform Backup & Restores as per business needs. Client / Agent installation. Troubleshoot backup failures. Library / Media Management. Reports Generation.

Should be well versed with backup and recovery using Veeam and Azure Backup service. Client /Agent installation. The candidates should have production support experience. Candidate should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment. Backup and Recovery Administration.

Should be well versed with backup and recovery using Veeam and Azure Backup service. Client / Agent installation. Backup monitoring. Basic trouble shooting of backup failures. Monitoring & analyzing event. Verifying the alert logs and taking appropriate actions as per SOP. Vendor coordination. ITIL Certified preferred.
