To achieve Vestas' growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate is needed. The data platform department within Digital Solutions are empowering Vestas to unlock the full potential of data. We aim to create a consolidated and self-service platform with frameworks for automation to enable data usage across Vestas. As a business analyst you will join a product area consisting of 4 other product teams supporting our data journey from a platform perspective. We are an ambitious and highly motivated team ready to welcome one more data superstar.

Responsibilities

Support business co-development, define & co-create according to the data management area

Collaborate in developing the digital solutions, analyzing and clarifying business requirements to deliver value in our data management initiatives

Engagement with the stakeholder to ensure adoption towards the data journey

Qualifications

Overall, we value a combination of technical expertise, hands-on experience, good communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving data technologies and requirements within Vestas. Preferred experience in working with at least one of the following areas:

Bachelor's or master's degree and 3+ years' experience working with data governance

Proven history of successfully navigating a complex stakeholder landscape

Experience from working in a Product-led organization

Proven experience in optimizing processes and adoption

Competencies

On a personal level, we envision that you have/are:

A collaborative and service-minded talent, who wants to be a part of a global cross functional team in an organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversity

Fluency in English in both oral and written - Danish is not a prerequisite

Think commercially when leading your product; i.e. focusing on who are you enabling with your product and what is the value proposition of your product to the users/teams consuming your product and to Vestas

Engage and align multiple stakeholder viewpoints and combine into a well crafted product vision and roadmap

Can facilitate cross-team workshops and discovery activities in close collaboration with Product Designer and Tech Lead

Set direction for your digital product but also implement on your plans and achieve measurable results
