How you will make an impact
As our new Category & Innovation Specialist in our Danish foodservice team, it would be your overall responsibility to identify new opportunities through customer value proposition and turn them into sustainable business growth in a close collaboration with colleagues in the sales and marketing team.
You will take the lead in driving the entire process - from idea to final product solution is delivered to the Danish customers. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the local innovation process and pipeline, where you – in close cooperation with the Head of Marketing in Foodservice, Denmark - will ensure efficient decision-making processes and strive to improve the way we work with innovation in Arla Pro.
You will also play a crucial role ensuring a strong relevant category perspective and identify white spaces and optimize our broad and wide portfolio in order to play a competitive role both local and globally.

What will make you successful
We imagine that the right candidate has deep knowledge around innovation project management and corporate innovation processes, with at least 3+ years of work experience in FMCG. Alternatively, you have worked as a brand manager/marketing specialist in a FMCG company and are eager to explore the foodservice industry.
You are characterized by your structured approach and your project management skills. You like to take the lead and to make things happen.
On one hand, you are able to drive projects forward in a structured way from A - Z, maintaining a commercial focus while aligning with a wide range of stakeholders with different interests. On the other hand, you can challenge conventional thinking, come up with new ideas and inspire your colleagues to think 2-3-4 years ahead.
Moreover you are an excellent communicator with a curious attitude and open mindset, as you’ll work with a very broad range of stakeholders across the foodservice business. You are confident in both written and spoken Danish and English. Your strong commercial mindset will help you make decisions, that drive maximum value for our customers.
