The position
As a Centre of Excellence Senior Project Manager, you will be driving the development and deployment of the future project execution strategy across our site.
Some of your tasks will include:
Contributing to the establishment and development of the Center of Excellence within our department
Guaranteeing effective communication to our stakeholders at the site regarding the strategic direction of our department and ensuring their support
Ensuring that initiated projects align with the overall strategic direction set by the business
Continuously optimizing our project managers' use of the governance framework called Project Execution Model (PEM)
Encouraging knowledge sharing throughout the project organization and promote best practices that influence organizational development, while playing a pivotal role in developing our project managers as project leaders and in using the project manager tools appropriately
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
An Academic Degree in business, engineering, or any other relevant field
Solid stakeholder management skills
Several years of experience with business development, senior management support and driving strategic projects in a global stakeholder landscape
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage
On a personal level, your stakeholder management and communication skills are extremely important. You possess the ability to create processes and governance that are transparent and robust. You have a clear understanding of what it means to boost the maturity level of project execution in our department, and you know how to leverage business development on the journey. You enjoy finding pragmatic ways to solve challenges and co-creating sustainable solutions with stakeholders. Finally, your excellent communication skills allow you to obtain strong commitment.
About the department
You will be part of the dynamic and ambitious Project Management Office (PMO), where our more than 40 project managers execute small and large projects across our production site. We are responsible for project portfolio management, project governance and project execution within aseptic production (formulation, filling and inspection) and finished production (assembly and packaging) as well as projects within facility and building.
