We are currently looking for a Change Manager / EA to our SVP responsible for Service, Technical Product Management, Quality Assurance and Global IT
The Change Manager position is a newly created position. As Change Manager / EA you will play a vital role in theglobal management team that counts members from the global organization. With strategies and projects in all departments your impact as a thought leader and change agent will be fundamental for the cultural shift towards professionalizing our services,improving our efficiency, and lifting employee engagement. On top of these tasks, you will act as EA for the Senior Vice President which means that you will have a number ofadministrative tasks – such as calendar planning, travel arrangements etc.
Change a truly global management team
In Service more than 350 global colleagues aim to meet our customers’ needs for analytics by providingfast installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services.Technical Product Management and Quality Assurance counts40 colleagues in Hillerød and China, while Global IT is a little larger and situated in Warsaw, Poland. You will join a high paced, international, result-oriented and collaborative team, the atmosphere is professional and to the point, but always with room for a smile andhumor.
Key responsibilities
You will create compelling narrativesthat communicate the importance of our strategic transformations and their impact on business.You will design and execute change management initiatives that drivesemployee engagement and adoption in major strategic initiatives. You will guide and consult project managers on change management initiatives in their projects.
Your responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Collaborate with and adviseExecutives, Senior Management and stakeholders to define clear objectives, key performance indicators and success metrics for changes.
Create change management standards and train colleagues in practicing change management.
Identify barriers as well as leavers for change.
Implement effective communication strategies to maintaintransparency and facilitate continuous feedback.
Internal communication and presentations.
Administration for SVP: calendar, meeting & travel arrangements, approx.1 day/week.
What do you bring?
You have significant (+5 years) experience in change management from global organizations. You have a proven record of leading successful cultural transformations, organizational changes or similar.
The ideal candidate comes with change management certification, degree in business and organizational development or relevant experience within areas such as servitization, LEAN implementation orbusiness system design implementation.
In order to succeed, you should have exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Danish and have a solid understanding of global cultural differences and how to navigate these.
